Rollingwood is located on the North side of S. Mopac (Loop 1) and off of Bee Caves Rd.  It is contiguous with West Lake.

What is Rollingwood Like?

Rollingwood was incorporated into a city in 1963, and has a population of around 1,500. It was the original charmer of the West Lake area.  It has a big variety of architecture and the homes range from the mid $400,000 to $3,000,000.  It has it’s own police department.  It is located in one of the most popular parts of the Austin Metro area and is very convenient to inner Austin.  The children their attend the popular Eanes schools.
