Sun City is a Del Webb planned community much like the one in the Phoenix, AZ area.  The community is restricted to people 55 years old and above.  It now has three 18 hole golf courses and is laid out in a very comfortable setting.  The community is centered around a plethora of activities.  The residents have several social organizations and stay busy all the time.  There are homes and garden homes that range from $160,000 to $700,000.
