West Austin

Being an old Austinite, I consider West Austin to be the area starting on the South side of Lake Austin on Loop 360 to Bee Caves Rd. and West.  West Austin has primarily developed over the last 20 years and is a prime example of luxury homes in the Austin area.  A majority of the homes in the area are $500,000 and above in value offering great inventory for the Austin luxury home market. They typically offer expansive views of the hill country and lakes and some offer lake frontage on Lake Austin. The area is highly sought after for the Eanes school system that continuously has an exemplary rating at all levels.  If views, character, trees, and a world of unusual and different architecture are attractive to you, you will want to give this area some serious consideration.
