What is Circle C Like?

Circle C is a well planned subdivision with a lot of amenities.  It is a very large subdivision but has a park-like environment because of its many green belt areas. There are over 450 acres of park land, several hike & bike trails, heated olympic size pool and baby pool with a 4.5 acre area with a grill, bathhouse,  and sports courts, and a Tennis Club with 8 lighted tennis courts. The homes in Circle C were built from the latter 1980′s  to around 2008.  They range in prices from the low $200,000 range to about $500,000. The homeowners association is very active and  has helped create a beautiful area to live and raise a family.

Schools:

Circle C is located in the Austin School District.  Children there attend Mills or Kiker elementary, Clint Small or Baily middle school, and Bowie high school.
