The Estates of Brentwood is located on Anderson Mill Rd. about three blocks South of RM 620 in NW Austin.  It is a couple of blocks from the Balcones/Spicewood subdivisions.

What is The Estates of Brentwood Like?

The Estates of Brentwood is a small private neighborhood made up of only 92 well built homes.  All of the homes were built in the late 1990′s.  It has wide streets and beautiful mature oak and elm trees.  The subdivision has a private park with a walking trail.  It is located in the city of Austin and in the highly sought after Round Rock School District.  The schools are all within a few minutes and include Spicewood elementary, Canyon Vista middle school and Westwood high school.  It is located close to three golf courses, Lakeline Mall, Lake Travis, and several churches, and is a short commute to inner Austin.
