The Courtyard is located South of RM 2222 on the East side of Loop 360.  The entrance is just before the bridge over Lake Austin.

What is the Courtyard Like?

The Courtyard is a unique subdivision that was developed on the acreage that originally was the Boy Scout Camp on Lake Austin for several years.  The homes in the Courtyard were built from the early 1980′s to mid 2000.  They range in price from the mid $200,000 range to $2,000,000.  The higher end homes have lake frontage on Lake Austin.  The area has a private club with tennis, pool, and cafe.  This area is very convenient to shopping, offices, and restaurants in North and Southwest Austin.
