Crestview is located in central Austin and is bordered on the East side by Lamar Blvd., on the South by Koenig Ln. (2222), on the West by Burnet Rd. and on the North by Anderson Ln. It is across Burnet Rd. from the Allandale area.

What does Crestview offer?

Crestview has become very popular because of it’s central location.  Most of the homes were built from the late 1940′s to the mid 1950′s.  They range in price from around $175,000 to $400,000.  Several of the homes have been up dated over the years. Most of the children attend Brentwood elementary, Lamar middle school, and McCallum high school in the Austin school district.
